Hello,
Well, it's less than a month since my last blog post, so I must be getting a bit better at keeping this up to date! First of all, I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Christmas has brought no sign of respite for us at Creating Space Lofts just yet, with our teams still beavering away to make sure we can get as much work done before the winter break. Our large renovation project in Chiswick needs to be completed by Christmas so our client can move in and enjoy the festive period in their new home. So our guys and girls have been working seven days a week to make sure every final detail is in place for the holidays. With the final touches being put on the decorating work and the carpet fitter booked, it is an exciting time for everyone involved.
But as one job finishes and a year draws to a close, so our minds immediately look to January and the work which will kick off the New Year. It seems we're not the only ones! The phone has been ringing more and more as we approach the holidays and it seems everyone is starting to think about what to do in 2010. With property prices rising again, albeit very slowly, it seems a little bit of confidence in the economy is seeping through. Even at the recession's worst, our conversions were still appealing to people. As property prices dropped and people decided to stay put, more and more people looked to improve their homes rather than upgrade to a bigger one. Sitting out the recession with an improved home appealed to many and so we've found our enquiries have been steady, whatever the economic climate. Whether it's the upcoming New Year, the economy stabilising or just our reputation getting bigger and bigger, we're definitely noticing more and more people looking for a loft conversion.
So you might be wondering what to do once Christmas is out of the way. If you survive the festive period intact, and feel a little bit more optimistic about the coming year than you may have six months ago, then give us a call. You might be pleasantly surprised to find out how much more you can get from your property at a recession busting price. Once that upturn comes properly, and your house has that extra bedroom and en suite bathroom, think how much value will have been added. It's a great time to investigate how you can fight against the doom and gloom and ensure that you come out of the other side unscathed, and in profit.
If you require any more information or a quote then please give us a call. We'll be only to pleased to talk you through the process and explain how we can help you look towards the sunny days just round the corner.
Cheers,
Dan.
